These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you” or “User”) and Tanya Freeman and govern your access to and use of the Site and Services.

By accessing or using the Site or any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Site and Services.

1. Scope of Services

Tanya Freeman provides both (a) Licensed Psychotherapy Services and (b) Coaching and Educational Services, which are separate in purpose, structure, and legal/regulatory oversight. Your participation in one does not constitute participation in the other.

1.1 Licensed Psychotherapy Services

Psychotherapy services are provided exclusively to clients who reside in the state(s) in which Tanya Freeman is licensed to practice (currently: Nevada). These services are delivered pursuant to applicable state laws and professional ethical guidelines and are subject to clinical assessment, intake, and informed consent procedures.

Psychotherapy may involve the diagnosis and treatment of mental health disorders. Use of this website or registration for non-therapy services does not establish a therapist-client relationship.

1.2 Coaching and Educational Services

Coaching, group programs, and self-paced digital courses are not clinical in nature and do not constitute psychotherapy or mental health treatment. These services are educational, exploratory, and focused on personal development, spiritual growth, and mindset support.

Coaching may include reflective exercises, values clarification, and goal setting but will not include diagnosis, treatment, or management of mental health conditions. Coaching services are available to individuals globally and are not subject to state licensure.

You acknowledge and agree that coaching is not a substitute for licensed medical or psychological services.

2. No Therapist-Client Relationship from Website Use

Use of this Site, downloading of free resources, reading blog posts, or purchasing courses and coaching services does not create a therapist-client relationship between you and Tanya Freeman. A therapist-client relationship is only established through formal intake, completion of required documentation, and mutual agreement to engage in therapy services under applicable state law.

3. Client Responsibility and Disclaimers

You acknowledge that:

• You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and results.

• Coaching services are not a substitute for professional advice from licensed medical, legal, mental health, or other regulated professionals.

• If you are experiencing a crisis, suicidal thoughts, or symptoms of a serious mental health condition, you agree to seek immediate help from a qualified provider or emergency services.

We reserve the right to decline to work with any individual whom we reasonably believe may be better served through clinical mental health services or other appropriate referrals.

4. Payment Terms and Refund Policy

4.1 Therapy Services

All psychotherapy services are subject to mutually agreed-upon rates disclosed during the intake process. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Insurance billing, if applicable, will be handled per payer guidelines and is not guaranteed.

4.2 Coaching and Courses

All purchases of coaching packages, group programs, and digital products are final unless otherwise stated at point of sale. Refund policies for specific programs may vary and will be detailed on the associated sales or checkout page.

For programs that include a satisfaction guarantee, eligibility for refunds will require documented participation and completion of all required coursework as outlined.

5. Intellectual Property

All content made available through the Site or Services—including but not limited to text, graphics, images, videos, workbooks, worksheets, branding elements, and other proprietary materials—is the intellectual property of Tanya Freeman and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Reproduce, share, distribute, republish, or otherwise use any content for commercial purposes or without prior written consent

• Share login credentials or purchased content with others

• Remove or alter any proprietary notices

Unauthorized use may result in civil and/or criminal liability.
